- Regular parcels (within capital city or same town): 3-4 days
- Between metropolitan and country areas: 3-4 days
- Between country locations: 4-5 days
To other states:
- Melbourne/Sydney/Canberra/Adelaide: 3-5 days
- Melbourne/Brisbane/Tasmania: 4-8 days

Aramex parcels are collected daily and come with a barcoded label for tracking. Note: Aramex requires a non-PO Box address for delivery.

Parcels weighing over 22kg will be dispatched with Allied Express, one of Australia's largest independent courier companies. They will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone call.

For parcels under 30kg, we use Team Global Express, known for secure and efficient transportation services across Australia. They also require a non-PO Box address for delivery.

If a delivery is missed, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery.
